Obituary for Viola Sue McLaughlin Dobson (Campbell)
Viola Sue McLaughlin Dobson, 82, of Greenwood, AR passed away on Sunday, November 13, 2022 in a local hospital. She was born on June 17, 1940 in Lavaca, AR to James and Susie (Martin) Campbell. She was a retired line work from Whirlpool and of the Assembly of God Faith. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Clark McLaughlin, three brothers and two sisters.
Funeral services are 1:00PM, Thursday, November 17, 2022 at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith with burial to follow in Hickory Ridge Cemetery outside of Lavaca, Arkansas.
The family will visit with friends from 5-7PM on Wednesday at the funeral home.
She is survived by her husband, Norman Dobson of the home; three sons, Robert McKinney of Poteau. OK, Daryn McKinney of Fort Smith and Brian McKinney of Arkoma, OK; two step sons, Wendell Dobson of Fort Smith and Jason Dobson of Cleveland, OH; and a brother, James Campbell of Central City, AR.
