Toni Charlene Arkens, 67, of Fort Smith, AR passed away on Sun, Sept. 11, 2022 in Ft. Smith, AR. She was born February 6, 1955 in Fort Worth, TX to Charles and Elna (Landers) Stuart. She was the owner of Crazy Dispatching and worked for various trucking firms. She was of the Episcopalian Faith. Toni was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Arkens, her parents, two sisters, Nelda Stuart and Louise Jackson and two brothers, Travis Landers and Buddy Spraggins.
She is survived by her three daughters, Jessica Burchett and Cherise Pritchett of Ft. Smith, AR and Stacy Luecker of Ft. Worth, TX and her sister, Anita Johnston of Los Lunas, NM. Cremation was under the direction of Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith.
