Thomas J. Stimetz of New Blaine, AR, formerly of Glendale Heights and Franklin Park, IL, passed away on January 25, 2023 in a local hospital. Tom was preceded in death by his parents Nicholas and Mary Rose Stimetz (nee Butterly). He is the cherished brother of Maureen Swanson (nee Stimetz), Francine Anderson (Craig), Eileen Glass (Dirk), and the fond uncle to many nieces and nephews.
In 2016, Tom retired from his long career as a tool and die engineer and relocated to Arkansas. Tom loved the White Sox, the city of Chicago, classic cars, music, and his dogs. Tom will be greatly missed by family and friends.
Tom’s life will be celebrated by his family at a memorial service in Illinois.
