Thomas H. Huckaba, 65. Of Ft. Smith died on Fri., Feb. 25, 2022. Tom was born on July 16, 1956 in Medford, Oregon to Joe and Pat (Valin) Huckaba. He was a tree surgeon, a U.S. Army veteran and of the Catholic Faith. Memorial service is 10 AM, Wed., Mar 16, 2022 at Fort Gibson National Cemetery in Fort Gibson, OK. He is survived by his wife, Laura; daughter, Ashley Huckaba; Sons, Donald, Thomas and Joseph Huckaba; sisters, Lisa Pallerito and Lelia Huckaba and brothers, John and Ray Huckaba. Cremation was under the direction of Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith.
