Obituary for Phillip Donell Wade
Phillip Donell Wade, 78, of Hackett, Arkansas passed away on Thursday, September 29, 2022 in a local hospital. He was born on March 21, 1944 in Blanchard, Oklahoma to J.C. and Captola (Scruggs) Wade. Phillip was a diesel mechanic.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Barbara of the home; two sons, Bob Wade and his wife Kim of Conway, Arkansas and Don Wade and his companion, Stacy Taff of Fort Smith and one granddaughter, Lori Wade Hefley and her husband Eric of Fort Smith.
Graveside memorial service with honors at the U.S. National Cemetery will be private.
