Obituary for Ora Mae Lovegrove (Mock)
Ora Mae Lovegrove, 80, of Bonanza, Arkansas passed away on Friday, June 24, 2022. She was born on June 13, 1942 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to John Roscoe and Bessie (Sparks) Mock. Ora Mae was proud to say she was raised in Waldron. She was the former co-owner and operator of Lovegrove Construction and had worked for many years at Donaho and Sons. Ora Mae loved to travel and go to Stock Car Races across the country. She enjoyed all types of music and playing the piano. She was preceded in death by her husband, David Gene Lovegrove, her parents, two sisters, Johnnie Faye Langston and Judy Trampp and a niece, Stephanie Jane Fisher.
Funeral services are 10:00 AM, June 29, 2022 at Rye Hill Baptist Church with burial to follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith, AR.
The family will visit with friends from 5-7PM on Tuesday at the funeral home.
She is survived by her daughter, Angela Anderson and her husband Curtis of Bonanza, AR; a grandson, David Tharp and his wife Kristyle of Bonanza, AR; three great grandchildren, Zayne Tharp, K’dance Young and Kendall Willis and a brother, John Mock and his wife Brenda of Waldron, AR.
Pallbearers are Daniel and Levi Mock, Curtis Anderson, David Tharp, Lee Merry and Larry Wayne Campbell.
