Obituary for Muriel Alene Stewart (Smith)
Muriel Alene Stewart, 93, of Mountainburg, Arkansas passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 11, 2022. She was a homemaker and attended Mountainburg Presbyterian Church. She loved reading, embroidery, and knitting. Muriel was born February 2, 1929 in Brentwood, Arkansas to the late Horris and Mini (Goff) Smith. She was preceded in death by her parents, Horris and Mini Smith; brothers, Ray Smith, and Troy Smith; sisters, Dortha Satterfield, and Betty Barker.
Cremation is under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Alma. She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Ronald Stewart; daughters, Sandra Lee Barlow and husband Greg of Cedar City, Utah, Julie Everidge and husband John of Keller, Texas; son, Andrew Stewart of Mountainburg, Arkansas.
