Michael “Chase” Wheeler, 38, of New Blaine, AR was taken from this life unexpectedly on January 5, 2023. He was born in Cape Girardeau, MO to Susan (Teague) Depina and Mark Wheeler.
He is survived by his mother, Susan Depina of Roland, OK; his father, Mark Wheeler of Newport, NC; four children, Michaela and Kristian Howard, Adrienne and Zailynn Wheeler; two sisters, Amy Long (Nicholas) of Santa Barbara, CA and Sierra Zeman of Tucson, AZ; nieces and nephews, Jake, Noah, Lilly, Amelia Rose, Blayke and Sylus and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Viewing and visitation will be from 1-4PM Friday, January 13, 2022 at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
