Noel “Mark” Kizer, 49, of Alma, Arkansas passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at a local hospital. He was an electrician since 1991, and attended Liberty Fellowship where he played guitar in the worship band. Mark was an avid fisherman and hunter, and one of his favorite activities involved aggravating and pestering his family. Mark was born December 5, 1973 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Troy and Jonnie (Bobbitt) Kizer. He was preceded in death by his father Troy Kizer.

Funeral service will be 11:00 AM Monday, January 23, 2023 at Ocker Funeral Home of Alma with interment to follow at Locke Cemetery in Mountainburg, Arkansas. The family will visit with friends and family from 2:00 PM till 4:00 PM Sunday, January 22, 2023 at Ocker Funeral Home of Alma. Pallbearers will be Brad Thompson, Jeremy Railey, Nathan Williams, Adam Bobbitt, Dustin Linder Johnathan Gonzales, Andy Steele, and Kevin Gillam. Honorary pallbearers will be his grandsons, Noah and Karson Linder.

Mark is survived by his wife of 30 years, Vadecia (Oxford) Kizer, of the home; daughters, Hannah Linder and Husband Dustin of Alma, Arkansas, Karah Gonzales and husband Johnathan of Fort Smith, Arkansas; mother, Jonnie Railey and husband Don; grandchildren, Noah Linder, Karson Linder; sisters, Marcy Harris, Angela Shackleford, Tara Ree, Christa Elliott; brother, Jeremy Railey; and numerous aunts and uncles.
