Margie A. Bandy, 82, of Ft. Smith passed away on Feb. 22, 2022. She was born August 4, 1939 in Monroe,OK to Anthony and Mattie (Thomas) Stimac. She was a former secretary for the Mohave Co. Sheriff’s Dept. in Kingman, AZ a former employee of Sparks Hospital and a former teacher. She is survived by her daughters, Rebecca Gisler and Brenna Forbus both of Ft. Smith; a son, William Bandy of Ft. Smith, four sisters, Joan Cunningham, Dana McDaniel, Lynn Anderson and Tammy Stimac; six brothers, Joe, Jim, Chuck, Matt, Tommy and Roy Stimac; fourteen grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.. Cremation was under the direction of Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith, AR.
