Leroy Charles “Lee” Housewirth, 82, of Fort Smith passed away on Friday October 21, 2022 in Fort Smith. He was born April 12, 1940 I Omaha, NE to Leroy and Doris (Evans) Housewirth. He was a retired oil and gas marketer and a member of the New Life Church in Fort Smith. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother Dale Housewirth and a sister Sandra Schaefer.
Lee is survived by his wife of 30 years, Beverly; one daughter, Mary Norman (Cory) of Lubbock, TX; two sons, Greg Housewirth (Holly Schreier) of Ft. Worth, TX and Scott Housewirth of Southhaven, MS; two stepsons, Tommy Craft (Laura) of Fort Smith and Teddy Craft (Melanie) of Rogers; ten grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial service will be 10:00 AM Friday October 28, 2022 at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith. The family will visit with friends following the service.
