Obituary for Kenneth Edwin Hicks
Kenneth Edwin Hicks 88 of Van Buren passed away Friday, February 3, 2023 in a local hospital. He was a retired ranch foreman and he worked for many years at T.J. Smith Box Manufacturer in Fort Smith. He was preceded in death by his wife Oneta (Swaim) Hicks; his son Kenneth Lee Hicks; both parents Larkin and Vada Frances (Witt) Hicks.
Funeral service will be at 2 PM Monday, February 6, 2023 at Ocker Memorial Chapel in Van Buren with burial at Salem Cemetery in Cedarville under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home Van Buren. The family will visit with relatives and friends Sunday, February 5, 2023 from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. at Ocker Funeral Home 700 Jefferson Street Van Buren.
He is survived by his three daughters Pamela Inge of Van Buren, Libby Morrow (Gary) of Cedarville and Connie Thompson (Kenny) of Liberty, Oklahoma; four grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
Pallbearers are Butch Burchfiel, Terry Moore, Chris Moore, Devin Kurger, Gary Morrow II and Larry Briley.
