Juanita Dyrhood, 99, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away on Wednesday, January
25,, 2023 in Fort Smith. She was born on January 7, 1924 in Neosho, Missouri to
Joseph and Gabrille (Grigsby) Flynn. Through the years she worked for
Southwestern Bell Telephone and did bookkeeping for Hardscrabble Country Club.
She was a long time member of St. Luke Lutheran Church. She was preceded in
death by her her husband, Julian Dyrhood, a brother, Jack Flynn and a
sister Freda Mae Taylor.
Funeral service is 12:00PM, Friday, February 3, 2023 at St. Luke Lutheran Church
under the direction of Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith.
Burial will be prior to the service at 10:00AM in the U.S. National Cemetery.
She is survived by her four daughters, Judy Edwards (Joe) of Fort Smith, Barbara
Barry of Fort Smith, Beverly Bickell (Bill) of Fayetteville, AR and Leslie Jackson
(Randy) of Fort Smith; a son, Marty Dyrhood (Dianne) of Springdale, AR; 18
grandchildren and 42 great- grandchildren.
