Harold Alvin Howard, 83, of Rudy passed away on Monday, January 9, 2023 in a local hospital. He was a long haul truck driver. Harold was born July 27, 1939 in Van Buren to the late William and Minnie (Meeks) Howard. He was also preceded in death by sisters, Bertha Riggs, Helen Hensley and Margie Riley and brothers, Buford Howard, Bill Howard and Leonard Howard.

Funeral service will be 1:00 P.M. Friday, January 13, 2023 at Ocker Memorial Chapel with interment at Mt. McCurry cemetery under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Van Buren.

Survivors include a daughter, Teresa Berry and husband Brian of Choctaw, OK; sister, Ludy Phillips Gray of Rudy; brother, Troy Howard of Rudy and 23 nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Lee Pixley, Kenneth Pixley, Leon Brammer, Tommy Bowen, Doug Bowen, Adam Douglas and Todd Brammer.
