Eleanor Bernadette Russell (Smalley), 68, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Dec 4, 2022, in Fort Smith AR. Born April 28, 1954 in PA, she was 1 of 8 children. She was tough! She fought breast cancer twice and won, and had various other types of tumors removed from her over the years before finally losing the fight to complications from bladder cancer. She loved puzzles, painting ceramics, crocheting and her grandchildren.


She was preceded in death by her mother and father Mary (Bregy) and Robert Smalley. As well as 6 of 7 siblings Robert, Jerry , Kathy, Jean, Charles, and Joanne.


Survivors are Daughter Elaine Walter husband Patrick kids Nicholas, Brendin, and Eliza. Son Marvin Russell Jr wife Allison kids Connor, Anya, Shana, Jeremiah, and Christopher. Stepdaughter Malinda Harris kids Troy and Madison. Stepdaughter Tina Wise kids Bryan, Aaron, and Shawn. Brother David Smalley.
