Charlotte Ann Reagan, 74, of Alma, Arkansas passed away peacefully on March 1, 2023 in Panama City, Florida. Charlotte was a homemaker who was a member of Westark Church of Christ in Fort Smith where she was devoted to her bible study. Charlotte loved playing tennis, golf, and traveling to national parks in her free time and was a fantastic cook, seamstress, gardener, and most importantly mom. Charlotte was born March 6, 1948 in Piggott, AR to the late Cecile Luther and Joyce (Wade) Hickson.

Funeral service will be 10:30 AM Friday, March 10, 2023 at Ocker Funeral Home of Alma with interment to follow at the US National Cemetery in Fort Smith. The family will visit with friends and family one hour prior to the service from 9:30 AM till 10:30 AM at Ocker Funeral Home of Alma. Pallbearers will be Ian Reagan Devin Reagan, Brady Reagan, Tristen Reagan, Trevor Bourne, and Taylor Sharp.

Charlotte is survived by her husband of 58 years, Barry Neil Reagan; sons, Tony Reagan of Arkoma, OK, Sean Reagan and wife Suzanne Hobbs of Fayetteville, AR, Shannon Reagan of Fort Smith, AR, Colin Reagan of Fort Smith, AR; ten grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren plus one on the way; sisters, Nola Elliott, Ava Jo Smith, Mary Lou Miller; brothers, Paul Hickson, Johnny Hickson, and Eric Hickson.
